| I began teaching in 1999.
This is my ninth year at Hollywood Elementary. I am originally from the
Traffic Circle but now I reside in Gaston, SC. As a child, I went to Hollywood
Elementary. I graduated from Saluda High School and then pursued my
Bachelor of Arts degree in Elementary education from Columbia College.
I am married to Richie and we have
a daughter, Rebecca. Rebecca keeps us on our toes. We also have three dogs:
Sophie, Jake and Zeus. Richie works full time for the National Guard as an
Apache Helicopter Mechanic. Richie served a fourteen month tour of
duty in Iraq in 2004. I am very proud of his dedication and service
to our country.I enjoy reading, traveling, fishing, scrapbooking, movies,
music, and most importantly spending time with my family.
